Welcome! The process of choosing the right therapist for yourself or a family member can feel a little overwhelming. I am so glad you found me and I hope that I can help make the process a bit easier. For whatever your reasons for seeking out therapy at this time, it is my job to create the type of warm, collaborative, non-judgmental space where your goals can be explored and met. I believe therapy can be the catalyst for just the type of balance, change, and hope that so many of us are looking for.
It is my goal to meet every child, teen and family where they are - with respect, curiosity and a real determination to appropriately and effectively address underlying and presenting behaviors, issues and mental health concerns.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents struggling with challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, gender and/or sexual identity, and mental illness. I also appreciate opportunities to support the parents of teens struggling with these types of challenges.
I have expertise working with adults, couples and families struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.
If you are experiencing challenges due to traumatic life events such as divorce, abuse, natural disasters, terrorism, relocation, illness, or accidents, I have substantial experience working with these issues as well.
